In an apparent replacement for the pull out of Youssou N’Dour (who was due to perform on the 1st of October) it seems that the management at the ROH are serious about providing as much entertainment as possible in their shiny new Opera House (we can still call it new, right?) and so have lined up an Opera Gala on 12th October, 2012.
Three "renowned artists from Italy", along with the Royal Oman Symphony Orchestra are on the billing. Those artists are:
A Soprano Anna Caterina Antonacci, a tenor Fabio Sartori, and a conductor Massimo Zanetti.
Tickets are on sale now and range between RO 8 and RO 60.
