The Judiciary Report received a tip yesterday, regarding some so-called friends of singer Justin Bieber have been encouraging the 18-year-old star to go to strip clubs in an ongoing effort to toughen up his bubble gum image. However, Bieber needs to think about his impressionable fans and the negative impact it would make to see him disrespect women in that manner. It is not going to make him appear any tougher or older. Just make people believe he has given in to the Hollywood machine in becoming another child star going down the wrong path.

Drug addicted, alcoholic singer Rihanna was pictured out with boyfriend, Chris Brown, at a launch party in Los Angeles, California. A person on Twitter took snaps of them and uploaded the photos to the internet. One of the pictures revealed Rihanna holding her stomach, while standing next to cheating, woman beating boyfriend Chris Brown. Another revealed the two talking to each other as she smiled like a goofball in love with Brown, who seemed indifferent.

Some are citing it as further proof Rihanna is pregnant (for Brown and hopefully not her other sex partner Jay-Z, who is married). However, she was seen drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana over the past few days, which is terrible for a baby‘s health and development.

Some believe Rihanna is not pregnant and is using a fake pregnancy as a means to sell her forthcoming CD, as her past three albums have flopped with poor sales. It should be noted, Beyonce, Jay-Z's wife, employed the same tactic and it harmed her name, public profile and sales.

New photos have been released of singer Chris Brown pulling up to a gas station where one of his girlfriends, Karrueche Tran was busy getting gas. Brown stared at her salivating, then sent a passenger in his car, a male, to give Tran some money to fuel the Porsche the singer bought her.

Brown clearly isn't over Tran. Everyone can see that, but Rihanna, who is in denial. Brown keeps going around Tran and quietly taking her places, but the paparazzi or someone else always pops up, gets photos of it and the pics end up online ticking off Rihanna.

Rihanna recently took to the internet to slam Tran, calling her a "chore." However, maybe Brown thinks Rihanna is a bore, as when he is with the singer in public, he doesn't look excited to be with her. Rihanna should ask herself why.

As I stated on the site to today, at times Brown's expression is one of indifference. He looks happier when he is with Tran, as there is way less baggage and pressure in that relationship. Not to mention, Brown is still taking care of Tran financially. I do believe if Rihanna were not famous, albeit a fading fame at this point, Brown would be with Tran instead. Tran better be careful, because Rihanna is crazy, violent and spiteful.

This week, Justin Bieber, 18, got all lovey dovey on stage with tour mate, Carly Rae Jepsen, who are both represented by Scooter Braun (see photo above). For the record, pardon the pun, one does not have to get that close to a duet partner to perform a song, especially one of the opposite sex.

Bieber had his hands all over Jepsen because he wanted to, liked it and something has been going on between the two (paging Selena Gomez). Jepsen is getting her cougar on and Bieber's girlfriend Gomez is being played again (just thought I'd inject some street slang into the column).

I was told by a credible source they'd kissed and got all touchy feely with each other, but I don't know if it has gone any further than that (*singing to self* the beliebers are going to kick her butt in 5,4,3,2,1). Unconfirmed reports online state singer Rihanna is pregnant. Some state it is true, others have written it is a lie and ploy to get Chris Brown away from his other girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, who he keeps going back to (even this week) after publicly dumping her to appease Rihanna. Then there are others who are stating the entire episode is a publicity ploy for Rihanna's new rubbish CD, as her career has been sliding into oblivion with significantly declining album sales and flopped TV and television projects.

As Jay-Z is Rihanna's mentor, a man that helped his wife publicly fake a pregnancy for publicity, in a stunt that spectacularly backfired, there is doubt about the new claims that conveniently coincide with the release of her new CD (After Beyonce Knowles Miscarriage Her Surrogate Gives Birth And The Baby Is Named After Jay-Z's Ex-Girlfriend He Cheated On Her With).

If you remember, months ago on May 30, 2012, the Judiciary Report published the article "Chris Brown's Girlfriend Karrueche Tran Throwing Their Relationship In Rihanna's Face" regarding Rihanna's fear Tran would become pregnant for Brown, "Rihanna fears that Tran will become pregnant for Brown any day now, because she wants to be the one to have his big forehead baby."

Then, there's the other side of the coin. Many are slamming Rihanna for getting pregnant for her abuser, who beat her to a pulp in a highly publicized scandal. Many have turned away from her for taking Brown back, as it sets a horrible example. However, Rihanna is a heavy cocaine and weed user, who is also an alcoholic. She is mentally ill and very disconnected from reality.

A quote from a recent interview regarding Brown and her life reveals this fact even further, "To the world, I feel like there’s no closure. There’s some obsession that’s continued even throughout when we weren’t friends or couldn’t be friends at all. Hated each other. The world hasn’t let go. They haven’t seen any progress in our friendship, because they don’t see anything, really, besides the song. It was shocking, and there was blowback. So now it’s a bit of a fascination, I guess. I don’t know if people will stop soon, but I feel like as soon as they have closure to it, they will. But they’re not on the inside. Rihanna has a very inflated opinion of herself and misconstrues public view on the Brown domestic violence scandal. It is not an "obsession" for the public. The public views Rihanna as "obsessed" with Brown, who doesn't share the same feelings for her, having moved on with Tran and other women he uses for sex. People write about the issue on websites and blogs, in an effort to deter other victims of domestic violence from following Rihanna's terrible example and that of Chris Brown. The public has become scornful of the couple's conduct, not "fascinated" by it, as Rihanna wrongly thinks.

A Twitter user that goes by the name https://twitter.com/gexwy has been terrorizing 18-year-old pop star Justin Bieber, regarding his stolen laptop. The anonymous person has been releasing videos from Bieber's laptop and threatening to ruin him. He promises the worse will come at noon today.

One of the video clips that has already been released shows Bieber getting flirty with girls in a pool and none of them are his girlfriend Selena Gomez. The Judiciary Report was the first to state over a year ago that Bieber cheats on Gomez (Justin Bieber And Selena Gomez Are Having Relationship Problems - Part 3). He's a Bieber cheater.

Ironically, a few hours before the video clip from Bieber's stolen laptop was released, I stated on Twitter, "Justin Bieber says his laptop with 'footage' on it was stolen and he is upset. Hope for his sake that 'footage' isn't a sex tape. Does Justin Bieber's stolen laptop contain embarrassing photos, unreleased music or anything else he would not want in the public domain. Has Justin Bieber reported his stolen laptop to the police. If his financial data is on there that could be a problem. Justin Bieber stolen laptop. People should be careful of storing passwords as any laptop thief, hacker can access your emails, accounts." 

I really hope this isn't a ploy by someone in his camp to try to toughen up his image, as he is still considered a teenybopper. It's sometimes those in one's circle in the industry that do such things. Either way, a sex tape is not going to accomplish that, as Bieber still looks like a kid. Therefore, getting indecent is not the answer.
