The Judiciary Report received a tip yesterday, regarding some so-called friends of singer Justin Bieber have been encouraging the 18-year-old star to go to strip clubs in an ongoing effort to toughen up his bubble gum image. However, Bieber needs to think about his impressionable fans and the negative impact it would make to see him disrespect women in that manner. It is not going to make him appear any tougher or older. Just make people believe he has given in to the Hollywood machine in becoming another child star going down the wrong path.

A report by Radar Online has stated nude photos are being shopped of Jeremy Bieber, the dad of teen singer, Justin Bieber. The photos are being sold to the highest bidder. The authenticity of the photos have not been verified, but they are said to be very graphic, with the singer's dad posing for the photos. That is not cool at all, especially when you think about the fact the singer's audience is underage. Why expose minors to naked pics of a grown man. It is wrong.

18-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber, decided to go down a flight of stairs butt first, during a concert performance in his native Canada, featuring cougar, Carly Rae Jepsen, whom he has a thing for and has gotten close to, in spite of having a girlfriend, Selena Gomez (that little pimp). However, Bieber's slide down the stairs booty first, was accidental, as he rushed towards the main stage.

In the meantime, a scandal has been brewing regarding Bieber's handlers, manager Scooter Braun and mentor, singer Usher Raymond. They are being accused of gouging Bieber's fans with inflated, rip-off ticket prices. Allegations have also been made that they are scalping their own tickets, which is illegal. Parents of Bieber's fans are paying the price for this dishonesty.

Braun and Usher have also been engaging in criminal copyright infringement, copyright infringement, money laundering, IRS fraud, bank fraud, corporate fraud and corporate theft, via illegally accessing protected data for unauthorized use, in their dealings regarding the pop star's career and others in their stable. Songwriters and producers have openly complained in the industry of Bieber's team stealing their music or buying it and giving the teen singer writer's credit for their preexisting works.

Despite his 27,000,000 "followers" on Twitter, with half the number said to be comprised of users that are not real, Bieber has been experiencing noticeable sales decline. If Bieber truly had 28,000,000 followers, his sales would be in the tens of millions per CD and single released. However, it is no so. To compensate for this fact, journalists have been writing that Bieber's team orchestrated the alleged laptop theft for publicity, to drum up sales interest in the singer. Thus far it has not worked, as sales are still down.

Recently, music manager and television personality, Sharon Osbourne, stated she likes Bieber, but does not think his career will last. Sadly, due to the corrupt, greedy team he has around him, his career is already fading fast. An artist should be careful about assuming they will have longevity.

As a musicologist, I've seen many artists come and go. The most striking of all the teen star collapses had to be the New Kids On The Block, who at the height of their teen fan driven fame went from selling 20,000,000 copies of one CD (far more than Bieber) to total music flop in one month, with the release of a failed follow up.

This week, Justin Bieber, 18, got all lovey dovey on stage with tour mate, Carly Rae Jepsen, who are both represented by Scooter Braun (see photo above). For the record, pardon the pun, one does not have to get that close to a duet partner to perform a song, especially one of the opposite sex.

Bieber had his hands all over Jepsen because he wanted to, liked it and something has been going on between the two (paging Selena Gomez). Jepsen is getting her cougar on and Bieber's girlfriend Gomez is being played again (just thought I'd inject some street slang into the column).

Three weeks ago the Judiciary Report stated Bieber and Jepsen have been secretly seeing each other behind Gomez's back (What's Going On Between Pop Singer Justin Bieber And His Manager's Protégé Carly Rae Jepsen). I was told by a credible source they'd kissed and got all touchy feely with each other, but I don't know if it has gone any further than that (*singing to self* the beliebers are going to kick her butt in 5,4,3,2,1). With hacker groups like Anonymous and Lulz prowling about, was it wise for 18-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber, to use the alleged theft of his laptop, claiming footage was on it, as a publicity tool for his new song and video with Nicki Minaj entitled "Beauty And A Beat." Is that not tempting them to hack him and really release things into the public domain he doesn't want anyone to know about it.

Last night the Judiciary Report was highly critical of Justin Bieber's hoax, regarding his laptop with "footage" on it being stolen and what it led to online, all in the name of a publicity stunt for his new song "Beauty And A Beat." The Judiciary Report accused Bieber of "crying wolf." 

Well, this morning, Bieber's rep did a retraction, stating he didn't cry wolf and his laptop was really stolen. Two days ago, the Judiciary Report also asked if a police report had been filed. Today Bieber's rep is stating one was filed. This whole thing is not making sense.

18-year-old pop 'punk' Justin Bieber, pranked the internet yesterday, in claiming his laptop with certain "footage" had been stolen. He had people feeling sorry for him and trying to help him, when it was all a lie. I asked on Twitter yesterday, if the theft had been reported to the police, contained a sex tape or unreleased music. Turns out it was just the latter and a massive publicity for his new song with schizophrenic rapper Nicki Minaj, titled "Beauty and the Beat." Bieber punked the public in more ways than one and need to give the GoGos their 1986s album title back.

Bieber shouldn't cry wolf, as it can have unintended consequences. Immediately someone tried to claim a nude photo of the singer had leaked from his laptop, which sent curious preteens and teens looking for the pic online. That was not cool regarding the prank and whoever posted the very graphic nude photo. Little girls ages 5 and up don't need to be exposed to a photo of a pervy grown man playing with his penis in an internet pic.

A Twitter user that goes by the name https://twitter.com/gexwy has been terrorizing 18-year-old pop star Justin Bieber, regarding his stolen laptop. The anonymous person has been releasing videos from Bieber's laptop and threatening to ruin him. He promises the worse will come at noon today.

One of the video clips that has already been released shows Bieber getting flirty with girls in a pool and none of them are his girlfriend Selena Gomez. The Judiciary Report was the first to state over a year ago that Bieber cheats on Gomez (Justin Bieber And Selena Gomez Are Having Relationship Problems - Part 3). He's a Bieber cheater.

Ironically, a few hours before the video clip from Bieber's stolen laptop was released, I stated on Twitter, "Justin Bieber says his laptop with 'footage' on it was stolen and he is upset. Hope for his sake that 'footage' isn't a sex tape. Does Justin Bieber's stolen laptop contain embarrassing photos, unreleased music or anything else he would not want in the public domain. Has Justin Bieber reported his stolen laptop to the police. If his financial data is on there that could be a problem. Justin Bieber stolen laptop. People should be careful of storing passwords as any laptop thief, hacker can access your emails, accounts." 

I really hope this isn't a ploy by someone in his camp to try to toughen up his image, as he is still considered a teenybopper. It's sometimes those in one's circle in the industry that do such things. Either way, a sex tape is not going to accomplish that, as Bieber still looks like a kid. Therefore, getting indecent is not the answer.

Apparently Justin Bieber has been working on gaining muscle a long time now. There were once rumours  that he was aiming to get ripped like Taylor Lautner who at just the age of 17 successfully built a very impressive muscular physique to play his character in Twilight: New Moon. Justin Bieber's hard work in the gym seem to be paying off a little because the singer was confident enough to show-off his physique in a photo shoot with Seventeen Magazine.
