1. Oscar Pistorius stood before South African prosecutors and wept Friday, as they announced intent to charge him with premeditated murder.

3. According to reports, Pistorius cried uncontrollably, sobbing "loud enough for his cries to be heard over the more than 100 spectators gathered for the hearing."
