Oakland Raider Desmond Bryant was arrested on Sunday in Miami for "causing a commotion," which sounds like a crime that only exists in the town fromFootloose. But apparently it's a real thing and Bryant was taken downtown and booked for it. And in the process he gave us the world's greatest mugshot.
