Who Would You Rather Be Friends With In High School: January Jones Or Christina Hendricks?

1. January Jones

Memorable quote about her high school experience:
"The bitches in high school were bitches because I was pretty."

We know January was one of the pretty girls, perhaps even the Regina George of her school.

Pros:

• Being popular gets you through high school pretty easily and it's good for yourself esteem.
• Invitations to all the popular kid parties (this is high school, was anything else more important?).
• Being someone who is envied, you look down from the top of the social pyramid at all those unpopular kids below.
• Protection from being bullied.

Cons:

• The constant fear of falling off the social pyramid; one wrong step and you are an instant outcast.
• There's a high chance of backstabbing and jealousy.
• Not feeling like you live up to the standards of January and her clique.

3. Christina Hendricks

Memorable quote about her high school experience:
"My school days were pretty unhappy. I had the worst high school experience ever. I went to a very mean school and was bullied like crazy."

Christina has been open about having a rough time in high school.

Pros:

• Being unpopular can make you a stronger person in the long run.
• Finding your own identity at a young age.
• Developing strong friendships with people in a similar situation as you.
• You're already an outcast, so you can totally experiment with your look (purple hair, piercings, thrift store dresses, etc.)

Cons:

• Being bullied!
• Most times being "different" in high school can be extremely hard and painful.
• Social outcast, it's rough being left out of parties and dances that your classmates are all attending
• No guarantee that you will be a stronger person.
